At 3:17 a.m., the Ring camera sent a motion alert. The porch was empty… except the porch light slowly turning on by itself. A few seconds later, the camera picked up soft footsteps, but there was no one in frame. The wind chime began to move, even though the trees were completely still. Then the motion sensor triggered again. This time, the camera caught a shadow standing just out of view, like someone was pressed flat against the wall. The shadow didn’t move—just stayed there, watching. Right before the clip ended, the doorbell rang once. When the homeowner checked the door, there was nothing there. But when they rewatched the footage… the shadow slowly waved at the camera. 😶‍🌫️
